Overview
The Celebrity website is where you’ll find all the details about our sailing as well as the Celebrity Cruise Planner, where you can make cruise-related purchases.
To access a sailing, first sign in to your Celebrity Account. You will find the “Sign in” button at the top right on the Celebrity website. (If you do not have your account set up, we have instructions on our How to Set Up Your Celebrity Account page.)

After you sign in, you will be directed to your main account page. The default view only shows your next cruise. To see additional cruises you have booked, click “View All.”

Once you have the cruise you’re looking for in view, you can get details about the sailing or access the cruise planner.
Viewing Sailing Details
Once you have the cruise for which you want to see sailing details in view, click the “Manage Reservation” button. Since your Stitchers’ Escapes fare is booked through the group, not all options will be available.

Reservation Details Tab
The Reservation Details Tab shows the Sailing Details (including the departure time), your Reservation Number (a.k.a. Booking ID), and Cabin Information.
Scroll down to and click on the tile labeled “Itinerary” to see the full itinerary for the sailing, including scheduled port times. Click on any day to see details about the port.
Room and Guests Tab
This tab includes information about your cabin type and the group’s assigned dining time.
The “Guests” section has the personal details for you and your cabin mate(s). Be sure to check each name, gender, country, and birthdate for accuracy. If any of this information is incorrect, do not call Celebrity. Contact Stitchers’ Escapes to have the information changed.

Note: Because this is a group booking, all guests in the cabin have the same phone number and email address listed. As group organizers, we can only provide the contact information for one of the guests in the cabin. This is standard for group bookings and will not affect your reservation status.
Additionally, your Captain’s Club numbers will not be shown here because the group booking does not have an option for us to add that. You will add your Captain’s Club number yourself during check-in, and will get Captain’s Club credit for the sailing.
Accessing the Cruise Planner
The Celebrity Cruise Planner is where you where you can make cruise-related purchases such as upgrading your WiFi or beverage package, book speciality restaurant reservations or spa treatments and much, much more.
Once you have the cruise for which you want to access the cruise planner in view, click the “Plan My Cruise” button.
Notes:
- You and your cabin mate share a Reservation Number (a.k.a Booking ID), but you each have your own Celebrity Account login. You can make cruise planner purchases on behalf of your cabin mate
- You can also make cruise planner purchases on behalf of other people in your party who are staying in a different cabin. If you do this, your reservations will be “linked.” You will see all linked reservations listed under the cruise, so be careful when clicking “Plan my cruise” that you are clicking on your own Reservation Number.
After you click “Plan my cruise,” you will be directed to the cruise planner. There are various categories listed for making pre-cruise purchases.

Drink Package and WiFi Inclusions
Your Stitchers’ Escapes fare includes Celebrity’s Classic Drinks Package and Basic WiFi for one device. The Stitchers’ Escapes Crew will let you know when they’ve been added to your account. Once they are, you will see them in the cruise planner under “Order History.”
From the Cruise Planner, click on your initials at the upper right, and select “Order History.” This is your Cruise Planner Order History and is specific to a particular cruise. (If you don’t see the “Order History” option, you may still be on your account overview page. Follow the instructions above to navigate to the Cruise Planner.)

You will see two orders for $0.00.

If you click “View details” you will see that one is for Basic Wi-Fi and the other is titled “AI or Casino ONLY Classic Drinks Package.”

The label for the drinks package sometimes causes concern. The abbreviation “AI” here stands for Always Included; this package is also applied to some casino guests. The word “only” is just part of Celebrity’s name for this included package and does not mean that the package is only applicable in the casino. The package may be used in any venue throughout the ship.
Each guest in a cabin has their own Celebrity Account and therefore their own Cruise Planner record. Even if you are traveling with someone for whom you paid the Stitchers’ Escapes fare, only you will be listed under “Guests.” The other person in your party will need to log in to their own account to see their package addition.
Upgrading the Beverage Package or Wi-Fi Speed
Once the included items are applied to your account, upgrades become available in the Cruise Planner.
To upgrade the Beverage package to Premium, click on “Drinks” in the menu bar. You will see the Upgrade option. If it’s not at the top of the page, scroll down until you find the item labeled “upgrade.” There is an option to upgrade just the drinks package, or to upgrade the beverage package and Wi-Fi together.

To upgrade the Wi-Fi, click on Wi-Fi in the menu bar. You will see the Upgrade option. If it’s not at the top of the page, scroll down until you find the item labeled “upgrade.” There is an option to upgrade just the Wi-Fi, or to upgrade the beverage package and Wi-Fi together.

Making a Purchase
To make a purchase from the cruise planner, click on the item. You’ll be taken to that item’s detail page, where you can get more information and add it to your cart.
When making a purchase, you can automatically make it for everyone registered in your cabin. To include members of your party staying in a different cabin, click “Add guest.” You will need to know the person’s last name (as it appears on their cruise registration), date of birth, and reservation number. Once you add someone, your bookings will be linked and you will be able to see each other’s reservations, including any stored credit cards.

After you’ve made all necessary selections for the item, the “Add to cart” button will be active. (Some items, such as dining reservations, spa appointments, and shore excursions may require you to pick a time along with selecting the guests. Also note that some timed items may only allow you to book for one person at a time.)
When you’re ready to check out, click the cart icon at the top of the page and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
