If you have never sailed with Celebrity before, you will need to set up an online account. This account will allow you to use the Cruise Planner to book shipboard activities prior to the cruise, print your travel documents, and complete your checkin
Step 1: From the Celebrity home page, choose “Sign In” from the navigation menu (it’s on the far right)
Step 2:
If you have never sailed with Celebrity (either on a Stitchers’ Escapes Cruise or on your own) or any of their affiliated brands such as Royal Caribbean, click “Create an account” below the “Sign in” button.
If you have previously sailed with Royal Caribbean, your username and password are also used for Celebrity; you can enter your email address and password, click “Sign in”, and skip to Step 4.
Step 3: You will see the following screen. Fill it out and click “Done” at the bottom. Note that your First name/Given Name and Last name/Surname must match the Given Name and Surname you entered on the registration form you submitted to us. Do not enter a second name (e.g. Mary Catherine) unless it is hyphenated. Do not enter a nickname. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at group.coordinator@stitchersescapes.com before creating your account.
Step 4: In the navigation, the “Sign In” link will change to your name. Click on it to navigate to your account page.
Your account page will look something like this.
The brown box near the top right in the screenshot above indicates your Captain’s Club status. We do not have a screenshot of an account that has not yet signed up for Captain’s Club. The Captain’s Club is Celebrity’s loyalty program, so we encourage you to sign up if you plan to cruise with them again. Please note that if you set up an account prior to receiving your Booking ID from the Stitchers’ Escapes Crew, you will not see the cruise listed.
