How To – Set Up Your Royal Caribbean Account

In early 2018, Royal Caribbean re-vamped their account system, and eliminated the separate accounts for “My Cruises” and the Crown and Anchor Society.

If you already have an account, but did not log in after this change, the first time you do so, you’ll be prompted to reset your account. If you’ve never sailed with Royal Caribbean before, you’ll need to set up a new account.

Step 1: From the Royal Caribbean home page, choose “Log In” from the navigation menu (it’s on the far right)

Step 2: Sign in to your account or create a new one. If you have an account, but you’re not sure if you’ve already reset it or not, you can go ahead and try your username and password to see if they work. To reset your account or create a new one, click “Create an account” underneath the “Sign in” button.

Step 3: If your username and password were recognized, but you need to reset your account, or if you chose to create a new account, you will see the following screen. Fill it out and click “Update my account” at the bottom. Note that they ask for your first and last name as they appear on your government-issued ID (that is, your passport).

Step 4: You will be directed to your new account page. If you have a Crown and Anchor Society number, and it does not appear on the top right of the screen, you can add it. The Crown & Anchor Society is Royal Caribbean’s loyalty program, so we encourage you to sign up if you plan to cruise with them again (either with Stitchers’ Escapes or on your own).

If you have any issues with this process, please contact Royal Caribbean directly. We have provided these instructions as a courtesy and are unable to troubleshoot errors.
