How to – Invoice Payments

Here’s an overview of how to pay your Stitchers’ Escapes invoice through our payment processor, Square. Square is an easy-to-use system that allows you to submit a credit or debit card payment, or pay by bank draft direction from your checking or savings account.

Invoice Emails

When we send you an invoice, you’ll receive an email from Jean Farish Needleworks via Square that looks something like this:

You’ll see our notes to you, and the terms and conditions (that is, the cancellation policy). Scroll to the bottom to see an itemized list of what’s included on this invoice.

Making a Payment

Click the “Pay” button in the invoice email.

This will take you through to the Square website, where you’ll see your full invoice. It will look something like this. Your invoice includes your deposit and your fare installments. Reminders are sent prior to each installment, but if you bookmark this link (or save the deposit email) you can always come back to it to check your status or make a payment.

Payment Method

We accept payments either by Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer. We no longer accept physical checks.

Credit or Debit Card

To pay by credit or debit card, click the “Credit or Debit Card” option. You will see options to select Apple Pay or Google Pay if you have those enabled on your device. Or, you can enter your card details. It may take a moment for the options to load, but once they have it will look like this:

Enter your card details and then click the “Pay” button.

Bank (ACH) Payment

The Bank (ACH) Payment option takes funds directly from your bank account, using a secure connection through Plaid.

To pay directly from a bank account, click the “Bank (ACH)” option. Then, click “Continue to Plaid”

The Plaid interface will open

Click “Continue,” then follow the prompts to link the account from which you want to withdraw the payment.

Once you have selected an account, the final step is the confirmation screen. Click “Confirm” in the upper right to complete the payment.
