How To – PayPal Payments

Here’s an overview of how to pay your Stitchers’ Escapes invoice through PayPal. We use PayPal as our payment processor, but you do not need a PayPal account to submit a payment.

Some invoices are due in full (for example, your initial deposit). Fare balance invoices have the option to make partial payments to give you flexibility to divide up the amount as it fits your budget. The full amount of the invoice is due by the due date.

Invoice Emails

When we send you an invoice, you’ll receive an email from Jean Farish Needleworks via PayPal that looks something like this:

 

Paying an Invoice That’s Due in Full

Click the blue button in your invoice email that says “View and Pay Invoice”.

This will take you to the PayPal website, and you’ll see your invoice. It will look something like this:

Be sure to scroll down to read the Notes section and make sure we have you assigned to the correct cabin type with the correct roommate. Let us know if you see a mistake!

Click the blue “Pay Now” button near the top of the screen. This will take you the payment screen. See the instructions below under “Entering your Payment” for completing this step.

Paying a Fare Balance Invoice

Your fare balance will be divided up into several payments, depending on when you book.

Click the blue button in your invoice email that says “View and Pay Invoice”.

This will take you to the PayPal website, and you’ll see your invoice. It will look something like this:

Be sure to scroll down to read the Notes and review the payment schedule.

There’s also a Terms and Conditions section that details our cancellation policy.

Near the top of the screen, you have two options: pay the full amount due, or make a partial payment. Select the button next to the option you wish to use. Paying the full amount is the default choice. If you are making a partial payment, enter the amount you are paying in the box provided. You cannot pay more than the total amount due.

Click the blue “Pay Now” button near the top of the screen. This will take you to the payment screen. See the instructions below under “Entering your Payment” for completing this step.

Entering Your Payment

To make a payment, you can either log in to pay using your PayPal account, or use “Guest Checkout” to enter credit card number if you don’t have an account or want to pay without logging in to your account.

The payment screen looks something like this:

The whole screen doesn’t fit in this image; scroll down to fill out the entire form. There’s a blue button at the end that says “Pay Now”. Click it to submit your payment.

If You Already Have a PayPal Account

If you already have a PayPal account, when you click the “Pay Now” button, the process will be a little bit different.

Remembered, but Inactive Login

If your login is not active, but your browser remembers that you have logged in previously, you will be taken to the login screen. You can Log In, or you can click the grey “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button to pay with a card that’s not attached to your PayPal account. You will be directed to a Guest Checkout screen that’s similar to the one shown above.

If you Have an Active Login

If you have your settings configured so you are automatically logged-in to PayPal, you will see your usual list of cards and bank accounts that are connected to PayPal. You can choose an existing account, or add a new one. Or, you can log out to use the Guest Checkout option.
